The Charity activities are overseen by a board of Trustees; Management is delegated to a Committee that meets between four and six times a year.  Trustee and Committee members are given in the annual reports.

In common with all companies limited by guarantee, in the event of being wound-up, Members are committed to pay a guaranteed sum, for MAN it is a maximum £10.  We don’t have any intention of that happening: the apples need us!
